"I had a foundation issue that caused a window to shift out of its casing. Window World was happy enough to help me with just the one window that would need to be replaced. The sale, scheduling to the installation was done very quickly and everyone was all very polite and professional."

"The windows were as we expected. We can now feel the effectiveness of the windows in terms of insulation from outside cold."

"Very prompt and professional. I found out that my project didn't require an egress window."

I recently moved from the state of Florida to Indiana in 2024, I've been doing masonry work for a little over 6 years now and the previous work I did before that I was a carpenter for 8 years a roofer for 6 years you can say I am a jack of all trades I love the work that I do and I'm hoping I will have the opportunity to work with some you lovely people of Indiana. "Excellent service which provided outstanding results.  Computer was running so slow my wife wanted me to buy another computer.  Using Angies List I was able to find this company who I called right away.  I made arrangements to drop off my laptop on Friday night and was able to pick it back up Sunday afternoon.  Took it home and it runs just like the day i bought it.  James loaded virus protection software which works better than the software I bought.  Very goodexperience, i will use him again.

"Joey removed the drywall below two windows, suspected window leakage, then ran a hose outside to confirm his theory; he was right.  He then recommended we check every window in the basement and, sure enough, he found one more window with the same problem.  While our basement water problem is a bit bigger than I suspected, I believe I now understand the entire scope of the problem and what steps to take to resolve the matter permanently."

"David painted 3 bedrooms with high ceilings and painted the window, closet, and door trims white (originally dark brown oak). He was pleasant to work with and he kept open communication throughout the entire project. He works diligently and is persistent in getting the job done well. I had to address some minor details, but David was excellent in getting those details taken care of in a very timely manner. At the end of the project, he assured me that the quality was up to his standard of approval and I would agree that it was excellent work.

"I followed the process of making a claim through the CHW website. in just a few minutes after completing, I received an email that it was received and being dispatched. The same evening, CHW sends a response that a technician will be arriving the very next day, within a 5 hour window, between 3pm and 8pm. I received a phone within the first hour of that 5 hour window, and the tech was just 5 minutes away. He was very courteous, had all the proper PPE, in this day and age, and even took his shoes off out of courtesy to the homeowner. I showed him the issue with the fridge, and he immediately went to work. The job took about 25 minutes, with majority of that, simply melting the block, with a steamer. Not much chit chat, but never feeling awkward. Overall a very positive experience."
