The triple pane windows are fabulous because compared to our old two pane faulty windows, not only are they solid and beautiful with no wind blowing through, but also the nearby road noise is greatly reduced. We needed to use plastic film to insulate the old windows and when the wind blew the plastic would billow like sails! The new windows make our condo seem like a true home."

Gary assured us the ease of the project from the skilled workers coming to put in the windows. This was a big concern of ours. We wanted to make sure everything was picked up and clean. Gary assured us the workers are very professional and will go through all the workings of the windows with us once completed. He was not wrong! We got a call saying our windows were ready and could they come that week (a few weeks earlier than estimated ). Chance and his crew showed up right on time that day and were all very professional and courteous. Each worker that came had a specific job on each window and this made the process go so fast and smooth. You can tell they have been doing this together a long time. It was flawless and like a â well-oiled machineâ . They were completed with in a few hours. Not days or a whole day, a few hours! When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
