"Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. We needed to replace the front door and side-lite, the garage side door, and the garage 2-car door also add hurricane panel to a glass block window. These items did not meet hurricane standards for home owners insurance discount. Matt explained the scope of the work and that it would take 4-6weeks to complete, waiting for the products to come in would take the longest time. I received an emailed estimate with a full itemized breakdown of costs a couple days later and it was followed up by a phone call by Matt Sr. who went over the costs. Later in the week he called again to give me a quote on a less expensive door product (a steel door instead of a French door) that dropped the price down a few hundred dollars. I appreciated the other option but in the end, we went with another company that offered different products. I liked that Matt Sr., the owner of the company called me twice to follow up and to offer competitive prices. Although, we did not use this company, I still highly recommend them for their professionalism and attentive customer service."

He came to our home and was extremely patient with all of my questions and concern that I had from other companies. He walked me through the best products for my house (because not all the products were the right type for my house). He never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. Then came Barbara And Taylor. Those ladies were very helpful when it came to scheduling around our busy schedule. When it came time to install our Accordion Shutters I was shocked that only one gentleman showed up for the installation. To my surprise he had them installed within 3 hours! Amazing! We also had two Impact Windows CGi single hung windows installed. The gentlemen that installed these window came to my home cry respectful of my house. Made sure to cover my couch and rug (just in case). They also cleaned up very well after themselves. Finally came Kevin!!! He helped me when I had a “dump” question about the window. Needless to say Kevin is an amazing individual!!!! (Haha). Plus, All of our products are extremely easy to use! I loved this company and I will recommend them to everyone I can! Thank you!
