Modern day window contractors were not going to understand this job. It's very difficult to find a contractor that will come through on a promise and has the skill to do as they boast. The day that Grady stepped into my 90 year-old home that needed historic window restoration, he became a part of the house. He knew exactly what had to be done. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. "The first project was for a large multi-window which was done with care and precision. I was so impressed with the quality of both the window and the installers that I had them install a bathroom window which is located in the shower and 2 large bedroom windows which were sliders, 45h x 90w. The weather wasn't cooperative in November but all precautions were taken and the work was excellent and the cleanup perfect. I was impressed with their windows because of being 3-panes of glass they keep out a lot of the noise and both slide as well as the screen.
