The ease of cleaning them from inside (multiple stories) was one of the best things along with a lifetime warranty. Years later there was a small issue with one and within days the service manager himself cam and inspected and did this minor repair. In this day and age that is a most impressive level of service. "They really go after you for the sale but after the sale is made they really fall apart. I got an email that my windows were ordered over a week after I ordered them, and an email 5 or 5 weeks later saying they came in. It took them another month to install them. Nearly all the quotes I got were the same but Empire used ?sign now? tactics to get my sale. If I could go back I would not have signed for the small discount and I would have gone with another company offering the same price with no pressure. My windows are fine and the subcontractors that they sent to install them were friendly."
