His final bill did not exceed his initial estimate. He and his co-worker were very careful about covering things up, cleaning along the way, letting me know when they had to make noise, notifying me when they took breaks, etc. Ferney called me over several times to show what he was doing, why he was doing it, and to OK the work with me. The work consisted of removing and replacing molding around the window, cutting out a section of drywall, replacing the drywall, painting the drywall, and caulking parts of the window frame."

My mom was so happy with the side sliding windows. Side sliding window made it very easy for her to open the windows and not lifting up and down. My Mom fell in love with Mr. Sam O. I questioned the quality of the side sliding windows against the hinge windows. He assured me that the sliding windows were just as good as the hinge windows. The windows looked so good my mom wanted shutters like her neighbor. Well, Mr. Sam O. made it happen. There was a little discrepancy in the shutters sized, which probably was the fault of my mom and I not understanding the size of the shutters. When I mentioned my issue about the shutters Mr. Egan, immediately made it right at no additional charge.
