Modern day window contractors were not going to understand this job. It's very difficult to find a contractor that will come through on a promise and has the skill to do as they boast. The day that Grady stepped into my 90 year-old home that needed historic window restoration, he became a part of the house. He knew exactly what had to be done. "The first project was for a large multi-window which was done with care and precision. I was so impressed with the quality of both the window and the installers that I had them install a bathroom window which is located in the shower and 2 large bedroom windows which were sliders, 45h x 90w. The weather wasn't cooperative in November but all precautions were taken and the work was excellent and the cleanup perfect. I was impressed with their windows because of being 3-panes of glass they keep out a lot of the noise and both slide as well as the screen. I would have no problem suggesting them to others and the office help were always in touch to make sure everything went along well."

"I have an appointment for him to come this year. I only use him once a year. About this time of year I call him. I have a double and some of my windows are giant windows. Some of the windows are screen so he does not do all the window. He is very reasonable that's why I call him. He only lives around the corner from me so I don't know if that's the reason but I am not questioning it. He is very nice. I call him and make an appointment because sometimes he is very busy. When I call him I ask if he can come within a week. But if he is not easy he will come within 2 or 3 days. This time I waited a week which I do not care. Price is reasonable. He knows what he is doing. He has to use a ladder. I leave him a message and some times I have to wait a day for him to call me back but I know he will call me back. He comes very early like 8 in the morning. It is always very early in the morning. He is very nice, very nice. I have been using him for years. He use to be cheaper but I do not complain. I am very happy with him that is why I call him every year."
