"Our house is two stories on stilts, so the top floor is 3 stories above grade. The contractor pressure washed the entire exterior, blew the leaves and cleaned the gutters. He also pressure washed the green furniture. The window glass is now also clean. What a difference. I will use again when Florida's environment will require the house to be cleaned again. "Gary gave excellent explanation as to what he was doing. Clearly I had the shed with a mind of it's own. After much work, we found there continued to be leaks in the building. Small mind you, but none-the-less wet spots. It was clear to me this was not acceptable, to Gary. I did not have to say a thing. He promptly went about re- evaluating the situation, discovered something I believe most would have never found. He fixed it, and I have an dry building again. He went beyond expectations, as the building was cleaned from top to bottom, everything replace, and dry! He did everything he said he would do. I am most pleased!"
