The installers were efficient and the system works perfectly. They were also super friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them for a bit after they had finished. "AC unit wasn't frozen but wasn't cooling either, so I knew something was up. Carson came out to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue. It was a 16-year old system that I could either bandaid with a costly major-repair, or I could go ahead and install a new system. Went ahead and ordered a new system since it will be a better selling point in the future anyway. Bruce and Graham came out the day after the next (once all the equipment, parts and logistics were figured out), started the uninstall of the old system around 9am, and had the new system installed and working by ~2:30pm that afternoon. All 3 answered all my questions. They did a great job, were knowledgeable, honest and kind, and I would definitely recommend them. Will call them back if I ever need more HVAC work done. Although I'm sure I will have sold and moved out of this house long before anything with the new system fails lol."
