"Well...the first cleaning was not good--however, the owner came out a few days afterward with others on his team and recleaned for free. Since then, the cleaning has been good, but they have had problems with reliability with certain team members. They were late once (but the owner called me and let me know before hand), and this week, they are going to be later again because they have a really big house to clean prior to mine--however, the owner did call me the day before to let me know. While I understand staffing issues, it is a little difficult to plan around the service if the time keeps changing. I have had this service now for 2 months, we'll see how it goes as we move forward."
