Her flexibility in being able to schedule us at the last minute was a massive help. Also, beyond doing outstanding work in getting the place clean and ready for moving, she also offered some great insights and help on other items that should be addressed by the landlord. I didn't think they were capable of looking so clean after he finished. He also washed the front part of my garage and did a good job on my deck (small).
