"If you binge watch home improvement shows on TV like I do, the word, "asbestos" can send you and your budget into a cold sweat! William and his team at Laroue Environmental, LLC did a great job thoroughly explaining the asbestos testing process to me as well as my options should the results come back positive. As a first time home owner myself, the process of renovating can be a bit stressful. Working with Laroue Environmental, LLC was anything BUT stressful. If you do sign up for their testing services, you're in good hands! Good luck on your next home renovation project and stay safe out there!"

"From the first day we started dealing with Tamir and the team at Pure Restoration we knew we were going to have a good experience - because he LISTENED. Issues were discussed and laid out before they became actual problems and Tamir's experience helped us to avoid many simple mistakes that are often made by homeowners. All of the work was done professionally. Permits were pulled and inspections were passed. Tamir communicated all of our needs to his subcontractors and our insurance company, and all of the crew working in our home were responsible and had very positive attitudes. Tamir also communicated his needs (code issues, etc.) to us. Throughout the job we all collaborated with a designer whose ideas were embraced by Tamir and his team (which is pretty rare). Progress was made on the job every day - and the workplace was kept clean and protected. We have already referred Tamir to our friends, and, based on having just passed our last inspection, we will continue to do so. Our house looks great and we are very happy."

"Geoffrey was great, he was very responsive, made himself available the very next day due to our urgency, and communicated all the information we needed to know and the updates along the way. He tested our new home for asbestos as well as lead paint. The value was worth the money, we now have our peace of mind about our new home and we would highly recommend Geoffreyâ s services to anyone else!"

"Living in Studio City, we never expected a washing machine overflow to turn into a mold issue, but after the flooring stayed damp for too long, mold started developing underneath the baseboards. LeakSafe Homes handled both the moisture mitigation and mold remediation flawlessly. Their crew showed up on time every day, communicated well, and treated our home respectfully. They sealed off the affected areas and used professional equipment to keep the air clean during demolition. Excellent experience from start to finish."

"This is my first time leaving a review for a company as I've never felt the need to, but using Pacific Environmental I feel I should share with my home owners. My husband and I bought out first home which we love but a room had acoustic ceiling. I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. Their scheduling was amazing as I was dealing with Closing Escrow and moving my family in. Once they arrived, they informed me on the scope of work and what they would be doing and what to expect, this being my 8-year-old son room so I was a bit worried on hazardous material that was being removed and used. CONTAINMENT WAS AMAZING! I was so happy and felt so safe on how they kept the area and the protection they took to take care of my family and themselves. My kids thought the crew looked pretty cool too, haha. CLEANING WAS AMAZING! Work was conducted upstairs and they went the extra mile and cleaned everything they touched, I really appreciate that, as it again made me feel secure and safe. PEAS left a memorial memory our kids still talk about. I strongly recommend them and would use them again."

"They are very patient and helpful. They tested asbestos and created report for me within a week during Christmas. Many thanks to Oren."

"They are very kind people who genuinely want to help to make your environment cleaner and safe at a reasonable cost. The job was done fairly quickly, and I was given specific details as to what they were doing and why every step of the way. Andrea is a sweetheart, and Miguel and Nick are very respectable, easy going people. More than likely I will be using their services again and/or refer them to a friend."

"I contacted KB Environmental for a quote for a client. I passed the information on to the client. Once escrow closes they will most likely be using KB Environmental for the work. It will be to remove an asbestos vent flue on a water heater."

"Kayla is so wonderful to work with. She is so professional and knows her stuff. Iâ ve used her in 2 projects already and my clients and I are extremely satisfied with her service. Her turn around mold air testing is fast. I will definitely recommend her and will continue to use her service."

"Alex was great from the first time I called for a quote. I hired Alex and his team for Asbestos Abatement and mold remediation. Alex and his team were professional and were a pleasure to work with. What impressed me the most was their integrity. After their job had been completed there was something our painter pointed out to us that required for them to return and they came back as soon as they could to fix the issue. They were a pleasure to work with and their price was more than fair compared to others."
