"Erie Homes was great. Ty and Chris shared the information about roofs in a clear and precise way. I love the high quality of the roofing materials and the standards they hold their workers to when placing the roof. Mike called me each step of the way, so I was prepared when the roofing supplies showed up. I even got calls after the beautiful roof was done. Amazing job!"

"I needed a roof repair and was tired of having to patch up every other week it felt like. I had some quotes to replace the roof and luckily I found Ryan who helped me save 1/2 of the cost on a roof replacement! Then with his services coming with a warranty just made sense."

"Josey, miss roof master stopped by my house after a softball size Hail storm totaled out my roofs in my neighborhood. She helped me file my claim. Met with my insurance adjuster and then afte4 approved brought the roof master Nathan in where they confirmed my color got the job delivered and roofed it all-in-one day, Josey and Nathan are the Roof Masters, they really are the best team that I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them 10 out of 10"

"We called Southern Grace Exteriors to inspect the roof of a rental property we own in Hilton Head, SC. Our management company said we needed a new roof .... and that they could do it quickly for a HUGE price. We decided to get a second opinion and called Southern Grace. They showed up on time, climbed up on the roof with me and told us that our roof was just fine - probably had 10 more years left. They also said that whoever told us we needed a new roof didn't know what they were talking about. Honest and straight forward - a refreshing change to the norm for many contractors.

"I think they were pretty good.  They were able to take care of everything.  Some companies only did roofs and things like that.  They had come out and offered me bids.  I think the actual crew consisted of 2 guys that were here and did it, and they did a pretty good job. Where I work I see them out doing work for other people all the time so I think they’re a reputable company that people already like. I think they were one of the best prices that I found overall.  Some of the materials were a little thin. I noticed my guttering was thinner than my old guttering, and I wasn’t aware.  The workmanship was great. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were very good."
