Also for a roof secondary water barrier and 2x solar powered attic vents.Since I live out of state and was not able to be present for the estimate, Tadlock sent me a link to a very helpful video clip of my roof pointing out the problems they found and showing me the options for replacement. "Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.
