"Juan C Upon finding a few shingles on the ground near my home caused by strong prevailing wind, I contacted Roger's Roofing. The estimating person Brogan, visited and thoroughly inspected my entire roof. Brogan reviewed his inspection and assisted in showing me the issues he discovered. He also recommended a roof replacement that would last much longer than a repair. He provided some samples of roofing materials. "i am seeking other quotes and I feel like 10,000 to just add ventilation to the attic with out having to cut in the roof is to much. I was expecting $5000,00 maybe even 6000,00 but the quote was above what i expected to spend this year. if i get the same quotes from other contractors i will wait until next year so that i can be prepared to pay the cost in full. i do not want to go with wells fargo only to pay interest on top of the 10,000."
