"My neighbor and I both needed new roofs, so we had three contractors provide us with quotes. John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended John Scott to some of our friends who have also decided to have John replace their aging roof!"

Located all roof tie downs insuring 4 nails in ever clip. Tar sealed top of drip edge rarely done. Repaired damage to all corners of facia. Put new aluminum facia all around my home. Completely reroofed a large flat roof section double layered & installed a new tubular skylight. Great job on everything & great cleanup! All ways on time & passed all Inspections. Finishing on time! Very fairly priced & spared no details or did any sort cuts, this was all done weeks before last yearâ s September Hurricane.
