"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Artistic Touch Tree Service We recently hired Artistic Touch Tree Service, owned and operated by Chad, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. It was very easy to obtain an estimate from Chad, and we worked with his office manager, Becki, to coordinate the details. We let them know what we wanted done and that we were in no hurry — scheduling the work 4 to 6 weeks out was perfectly fine. Four homes on our cul-de-sac coordinated together for various tree projects. Some had trees removed with firewood left behind and stacked neatly, while others requested all debris to be hauled away and shredded for mulch. Chad arrived with a professional crew of about nine people who worked hard for roughly four and a half hours. They removed eight trees, trimmed six more, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you’d never know they had been there. The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to similar work I’ve had done in the past. The team operated safely and efficiently, with three climbers carefully topping and lowering trees to avoid any damage to nearby trees, our deck, or neighboring properties. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He knew exactly how to trim each tree — whether lightly or more moderately — and happily handled a few additional requests we made on the day of the job. All four homeowners were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Artistic Touch Tree Service to anyone. We already plan to have them back next year to trim our ornamental trees. It was also great to learn that Chad and his team have done work for our homeowners association, neighboring subdivisions, multiple cities around Central Indiana, and even for the State of Indiana. "The crew did a great job at minimizing collateral damage and the clean up was very good. All the dead limbs that had been identified several weeks earlier were removed. The cherry tree ended up being too dangerous to climb so it was stump cut and placed in such a way that nothing was damaged in the effort. I have used Cory and his crew several times in the past and they are our go to tree service provider."

David was able to come out and remove the damaged trees and even helped trim a few broken branches from some other trees taht we saw. He's extremely friendly and very helpful. His crew works hard and they clean up real well."

"Anthony's cleaned up a couple of maple trees from storm damage, took down two pine trees and trimmed a couple of other trees as well. They did an excellent job of cleaning up . The guys he sent out were a friendly and courteous crew. I almost gave him a 4.5 in customer service because initially it was not clear when they would actually be able to do the work. But, when I asked and let him know my schedule, he jumped right on it. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him."

"These guys did a fantastic job on my yard! I initially hired them to clean up and remove young trees from my yard. I was so impressed with their work that I hired them again to lay landscaping fabric and gravel. They’re easy to work with. Each project they did for me, they were in and out in a day. "Used this service through the summer for basic mowing on my yard.  I'll start with the good first.  They definitely made sure that my lawn was mowed once a week.  Now on to the rest.  Asked multiple times to have the crew raise the mower blades so that they weren't cutting my grass so short & to stop edging to the ground around the house & other obstacles.  The mowing issue was that they were cutting the grass so short that it was dying & turning brown.  The trimming was even more destructive.  Basically, they trimmed all the way to the ground so every object they trimmed around now has a ring of dirt instead of grass,  I called & spoke to the owner about this & he said he would speak to the crew to remedy the situation.  Next week, same crew, same results.  Contacted owner again.  Was told that he would address it with the crew again.  Next week, same crew, same results.  
Definitely do not recommend for any lawn service from this company as they have made a wreck of my yard.
