"They did an excellent job all around. Quick, clean, neat, made sure everything was perfectly level and that all doors and windows opened properly, no mess afterwards, and bill less than we expected. BUT ... they recommended Tyrone Glover as the mason to redo our daughter's shed. He did such a poor job that we don't want him back on the place, even to complete and/or repair what he said he would do. And he was very expensive, left a major mess for us to clean up, and I suspect we will have to find someone else to redo the job before long. But -- he will NEVER come back on this place again!"

My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. "Mark was great from the start. I called on a Wednesday hoping to have work done in a short 3 week window. He happen to have an opening and working in my area on Friday. Mark gave me a 2 hour window and checked in to let me know he was on his way. He cleaned the chimney and installed the cap and flashing in about an hour. Everything looks great and no mess left behind. Mark has been very responsive to questions in timely manner. I would highly recommend Eastern Chimney to anyone who has chimney needs."
