"The basics: Ferney Leal is extremely conscientious about the work he does and is very courteous. I would definitely hire him again. Longer story: Ferney always showed up when he said he would. His final bill did not exceed his initial estimate. He and his co-worker were very careful about covering things up, cleaning along the way, letting me know when they had to make noise, notifying me when they took breaks, etc. Ferney called me over several times to show what he was doing, why he was doing it, and to OK the work with me.
