"Hired JJ Roofing to fix a small leak we discovered in a newly purchased house. JJ roofing charged me $3000 to fix the leak, add 2 roof vents and to also coat a 5 x 5& area around each canale with Silicone roof sealant with a 3 year warranty on the repairs. Well the roof leak only got worse and when I called them to come fix it (under the warranty) I was given a new quote to replace the entire roof with no fix happening. I ended up calling other roofers out for a quote to fix the leak and one of the gentlemen who came out to give me a quote quickly discovered a piece of roof that had a puncture and had been pulled away, allowing water to enter the roof space. I ended up buying my own silicone roof sealant and had the leak fixed in 5 minutes. What ended up being about $20 worth of silicone is all that was needed to fix the leak. JJ Roofing did not honor the promised warranty and also was unethical in what they charged to not actually fix anything. "
