"I expected the roof to be done a half at a time but they rearranged dates to complete the work all at once. Every person was specialized as this is not an easy roof job. The foreman explained the newest products on the underlayment and how it worked. The tiles on the edges were custom cut and lined up beautifully. Clean up was ongoing. Only one spot on my grass. Any extra tiles were left with me."

"Very responsive. Reasonable. Did long needed maintenance. Appreciate his associates. I've asked him to do patio and concrete work. Looking forward to working with them and get long awaited home repairs taken care of. Trustworthy. Likeable."

"It was phenomenal, clean, neat, they were just wonderful. Because of their job, our neighbors also hired them to do their leaking roofs."

"My experience with alliance construction was amazing. I want to start thanking Jose for being such a honest person and taking the time of explaining every little thing they had get done in my roof without me asking for it since the beginning of the process. He also make sure everything was done right and making sure his crew was working every day.I’ll truly recommend this roofing company if you are looking for an honest, affordable and good company. I’ll definitely use them again."

"I received multiple estimates from local Santa Fe roofers who insisted I had to completely replace my 20+ year old flat tar-and-gravel roof for upwards of $25,000! Roof Quality Care gave me an estimate that was a fraction of those roofers' estimates by offering to repair my existing roof. After I hired Roof Quality Care, the work was completed in a little over one day and looked great!! After several months and a bad rainstorm, I still had a couple of very minor leaks over a portal. When I called him, the owner came out the very next day and repaired the leaks under warranty. I have total confidence in this roofing contractor and would hire this roofer again in a heartbeat!"

"I chose Belding over the other contractors I talked to because they were super professional and knowledgeable. I forgot the name of the man who gave me the estimate (I’m so sorry!) but he came on time, took photos and video of where my leak was and explained the whole process if I did choose to go with them. All of the other people I contacted either didn’t show up or didn’t seem trustworthy. It was a bit of a wait but it was worth it! They fixed my leak and took after photos as well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair!"

"It did not go. I could not afford it. I wanted some repairs but Alvarado wanted to replace the roof."

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"We had the front siding of our home replaced due to wind damage. The job entailed removing partial decking revealing some damage which Noemi explained, it was addressed and care was also taken replacing the decking. She was informative throughout. We are confident of a quality siding installation more secure than the original. Clean up care was also taken. We are hiring again for roofing!"
