"Charlie was a nice guy but missed spraying the whole west side of our home. I don?t know if it?s because it was the opposite side of the gate but both the front and back were missed. For the price we?re paying I expect it all be sprayed. If not I?d expect some type of discount."

It took multiple attempts reaching out through Angi before I finally got a response, and the project was rescheduled for the following day. While the lack of communication was frustrating, I’m ultimately very happy with the quality of the work. If they can improve their responsiveness, they’d easily be a five-star service."
