"Hard to pick from the drop down list of services, because this company performed so many jobs for us and I am increasingly convinced that there is not a whole lot they can't do. They arranged delivery of trees, planted those trees, ran thousands of feet of irrigation lines to the trees, installed timers for the water systems, planted hundreds of bamboo plants, created a bamboo nursery, and repaired our old landscaping sprinklers and systems. They built and repaired roads, built concrete cattle guard footings, installed cattle guards, built fences, and walls for a horse shelter. Not to mention the usual landscaping duties like mowing, trimming trees, weeding, etc. They do all of this with up beat positive attitudes, professional, detailed invoices and receipt tracking, and precise calculated designs so it is done right the first time. If there is an issue they explain how they will fix it, not bother you with the problem. I cannot recommend enough, we will continue to work with them!"

We agreed to a lump sum for both jobs, with me paying his requested amount for the irrigation system and the remainder to be paid when the sod was installed. The irrigation system was installed and that work paid for, but the morning that the sod work was scheduled to be done, I received a text from Adam saying that he was cancelling the work because he had thought about it and decided that I was not paying him enough for the work. It seems to me like Adam agreed to sod installation (which was a good price) to win my business for the irrigation system (which was market price). This is bad business and a bad way to treat people, especially customers."

At Neptune Sprinklers we pride ourselves on the fact that we have never installed a system that we couldn't use as a referral. During the biding process we will take the time to listen to your needs and concerns and come up with the best solution to irrigate your lawn in the most efficient fashion. We use only the best products available for residential sprinkler systems. Hunter and Rainbird are the only brands we use. Through my 16 years of experience I have found that these brands are by far the best, with the least amount of problems. Although there is only a 3 year manufactures warranty on these parts, I have found that these brands will last far beyond the warranty period. Take your time to browse through our site and give us a call when you are ready for your free estimate. The service fee charge is from $80 up to $100 depending locations. 1 hour cancellation notice.

There are many "like" companies, and they all have their busy schedules and skills, but Chris and Neptune just stood out well above everyone else. It started with the quote. He arrived on time and prepared, and had the quote done the next day. Once we scheduled the job he was on time and managed the job personally. Our job was quite complicated to include water pressure issues, and we could not be happier with the completed project!
