"First of all, my first positive experience with the owner Steve came weeks before he and his crew showed up to fix all of my problems. I was using Angie's List to call around and get quotes from other landscapers. After I thought I had found one, Steve returned my call in the evening out of courtesy because I had left him a message. I told him upfront that I had chosen someone else, but he was so nice and thoughtful that he still asked questions about my problems. We then proceeded to talk about 20 minutes on the phone as he gave me helpful tips, advice, and taught me the general process of how an irrigation system works.
