"I called about three companies after we found out that our homeowner's insurance would be void if we didn't have our interlocking roof replaced in a time frame of about two months.  This company was recommended by our home inspector, so my expectations were pretty high.  I sure was surprised that not only did I talk to Dave, the owner, the first time I called, but he came out to our house the very next day to do an estimate.  He was very personable and straightforward which was a good sign. <br /> <br /> We told him about our homeowners insurance being void in a couple months and he had no problem getting us taken care of within the next week.  Mind you, this was the beginning of the summer, which I imagine is prime time for roofing   The day of the job, it wasn't some third party contractors that showed up to do the job either, it was Dave, and his own workers.  This is what really sold us on them; they had decades of experience in the business and they were local.  I was really surprised that Dave was there in the morning, during the job, and did a walk through with my wife when the roofing job was complete. <br /> <br /> The only minor hiccup we experienced, was getting the chimney boarded up the same day.  That took a few phone calls, but within a few weeks they came out and finished the chimney in a couple hours.  Again, Dave showed up and explained why it had taken a bit longer (needed to order materials, had a couple larger jobs to complete prior to ours, etc.).  Now, while I wish everything would've been done the same day, I was ecstatic that our roof was complete within a week's time.  I completely understood that we were put ahead of some other jobs because of our situation so this was a minor thing. <br /> <br /> Bottom line, stand up service, the job got done quickly, and even with the minor hiccup, I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great roofing experience."
