"

As stated above, they found several issues with our chimney - we decided to have them repair some and have them return in the future to repair the others.  We were very pleased with their work, their professionalism, and their understanding when we decided to wait to repair the larger of the issues they found.

I am very late reviewing A Clean Sweep, not because of their work but due to my own fault - we absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs an evaluation of the chimney!

"We are actually getting ready to use them again for a chimney inspection."

"After some initial cross-talk on schedules, they made the repair. This is a family business and quite knowledgeable with this type of repair. They replaced the rotten hardboard with PVC and even planed it to the correct width. In addition, free of charge they fixed a door that wouldn't latch (moved the striker plate).

"Work went very well, especially considering extreme cold temperatures and a snow storm. Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The cost below is for labor, material cost was separate."

"I was amazed at the work they performed. I contacted Ryan to explain about my old house that had a very sooty and mossy brick chimney...not to mention a very dirty brick patio. I was worried that the old grout in my brick would be damaged by pressure washing, Ryan assured me that they would be very gentle...by first treating problem areas, scrubbing if needed and then rinsing with gentle pressure. He said they could also clean the wooden part of my house and deck. They cleaned the wooden areas and did not damage any old paint. They did an outstanding job...above and beyond my expectations. The crew was very punctual and polite...they completed the job in the promised time frame. I will definitely hire Excel Pro Services for other work. My old house has a fresh new look....Thank You Ryan and crew!!!"

"Jim was professional and an expert in figuring out what was faulty. He identified that we needed to replace the gas valve and not only installed a new one but also restored the embers as well. We are thrilled, and we and our landlord will recommend Jim to anyone needing fireplace installation or repairs. Jim was also very respectful and punctual. Jim was also incredibly courteous and generous with his time especially because we have a cancer patient in our apartment. Thank you Jim!"

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"Wayne and his crew did a spectacular job, at a very fair price. What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly. We highly recommend Lindsay's Air Care -- excellent and prompt, expert service. Very fair price, knowledgeable and friendly, willing to explain all work, quick to follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied and that the work was done correctly in all respects."

"Fast and friendly service. I needed my deck repaired, and they did a beautiful job. Mr. Lavalle pressure washed my home exterior and put in new outside lighting, and trimmed the bushes in front of my house. I'm having more work done in August, and E R Chimney Sweeps will be doing that, too. Not only does my deck look beautiful, but I was charged a very low price."

"He was very polite and told me also that I needed a new roof. After talking to him about it, I realized that I did."
