It was clear Carlos had a background in structural engineering as he was able to answer all my questions pertaining to anything structural. I received my proposal the same day of my appointment which others took weeks. It included firm pricing for permits which others only provided a range of cost. The job was well managed with keeping their workers on task and managing material deliverers along with keeping me up to date on job statis. Barry Gladstone, the owner, came out on the next business day and completed the work at no extra charge. I waited for 2 years to write this review to test the drainage system over 2 complete weather cycles. After all of this time, everything is still working very well. I highly recommend Mr. Gladstone and the Outdoor Connection Inc for outside drainage system work."

He explained the process beginning with how to contact my insurance company and what I needed to say and as a result they fully funded the job. Chris also pointed out some water damage that I wasn't aware of. He also explained the time line from start to finish, and what to expect during the work. He throughly explained the contract and addressed all questions and concerns. He was available during all the steps. I was able to contact Chris via text, phone or in person. The roofers and painters were efficient and cleaned up everything after completing their work. I strongly recommend this company for any home improvement projects you may be considering."
