Upon entry into the In Kennel Training, our dog (Socks) was a bundle of excitement anytime anybody came to the door. She wanted to run up the landing and sniff, sniff, sniff, jump!! Some thought it cute, but my wife and I did not. With our new baby on the way, we new we had to get Socks under control! After the In Kennel Training, it was night and day! Socks was perfectly in line with our commands and is happier now that we (K9 & Humans) are on the same page, painting the same picture! Funny enough, it wasn't just the problems with people at the door that were resolved due to the training, Socks now heels, sits, and downs perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend The Canine Training Center!"

"It took a few iterations to get the contract written to my satisfaction. Their wording was very sparse and left the door open for potential misunderstandings. In the end, I ended up handwriting the details myself onto their contract document. They never told me that the entire job would be done by another contractor who they hired as a sub. In the end, the sub did the work properly and to my satisfaction. But my advice to them is to write more detailed contracts and let the customers know exactly who will be performing the work."

Rick VanBlargan installed the fence and trained me and the dogs. Super helpful and not condescending concerning my lack of technical understanding or my lack of dog training abilities. "Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
