"In January of this year, I had another company come and take out the old insulation and install the blown-in insulation. However, they botched up the job and we found ourselves constantly vacuuming the insulation that was coming down through all the recess lights. They hadn’t bothered to seal them correctly. They also created so much mess removing the old insulation; so we had to move to the basement while cleaning up the main floor from the messy job they did. That’s when Dan was called in to remove the blown in kind and install the blue jeans insulation. Dan suggested the blue jeans batts, knowing my chemical sensitivity. I hadn’t known such insulation existed and am grateful he did to minimize exposure to chemical. I was very impressed from the moment I saw the crew wearing a suit that was clearly designed to protect them. Dan’s crew discovered that the other insulation company had not properly removed all the old insulation company, and Dan could have charged me more for the extra removal work, but he stuck with the quoted price and did an amazing job. He made sure I would not be affected by the removal of the old blown-in insulation(have asthma). This time no dust was created while removing the blown-in insulation. I can’t say enough about Dan and his crew. I am so grateful to him and his crew. Dan is honest, professional, empathetic, and is meticulous about getting job done right. I would most highly recommend him to anyone for any type of insulation work."

"We love the way the condo now looks and functions.  Because we are new to Baltimore, we had no idea of where to go to get materials, and we did not know any contractors.  Annelynn works with the same group of providers for most of her projects, so it was easy for us to go into showrooms with her to pick out the products for our project.  Everything went smoothly.  Things were delivered correctly and on time.  Working with her contractors was a pleasure.  They were very considerate of working within the rules of the condo building, they were nice to everyone, and they kept things neat. <br /> Annelynn helped us decide on some beautiful finishes that we would have never thought of by ourselves.  We used a lot of glass in the cabinet doors, and we used all high end appliances and finishes.  These things made the project expensive, but the high end look and the beauty of the design make it worth every penny! <br />"

"Wonderfully well. Jay designed the first two baths. He was also able to bring me a contractor to do the work. The bid was competitive/less with the other I got based on Jay's designs. The work turned out so well, I had Jay design the master bath too, using the same contractor. Further, Jay helped me choose new tiles for the entry way, new doors, and colors for an interior repaint. As I got to know him and his work, I just kept turning to him for advice. He is pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. I thought his rates were very reasonable. With my job, he worked by the hour which if I remember correctly was $150 per. He doesn't charge for travel time. I am happy with my newly redone home."

"<p>Jeff and his team are incredible!  The utmost professionals.  We have used them many times over the last 8 years and they always exceed expectations.  The current project was a rental property in which the departing tenants were still occupying the property and Jeff handled the situation with care and respect, even though one of the tenants was less than cooperative.  </p> <p>Quality of work is always a given.  I have always found Jeff would rather not take on a project unless he can do a quality job.  Case in point, one wall had water damage and a small amount of moisture on the inside of the drywall underneath the old pealing paint.   Instead of just painting over it and moving on Jeff cleaned up the damage to allow adequate drying and committed to coming back another day to finish the project.  Many contractors I have dealt with in the past would not have done that.  </p> <p>One of the most powerful selling points of Jeff's team is his interior designer.  She has impeccable taste and skill, so much that we just provide general objectives and delegate the actual selection of colors and design to her.  She always does a better job than we could ever do.
