"The entire team at JAX construction was phenomenal. We had two bathrooms remodeled and Ryan was incredibly responsive and transparent through the entire 6 month process. When a minor concern arose (which is inevitable with construction on a house that is 100 years old!), it was addressed immediately. Chelsea designed both projects and thoroughly understood our vision. It was amazing that she was able to provide us with the exact layout, products and aesthetic we were looking for. Shawn and Clyde, our project managers and the guys in the field, were communicative and very accommodating as well. When I complained to Clyde about how stressful it was to only have one toilet in a house with three boys, he made sure to get that part of our bathroom done first! From the first day we met to discuss our project, which was a complete redesign of our converted city loft, we begin to exchange ideas and align on our vision for the project. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"We ordered the pad, they sent us a kit to create the template used to make the pad. Was easy to use and sent it back. A few weeks later the pad came and fit perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"Great! Joi has been cleaning my house for over 2 years now. She is wonderful and does a terrific job cleaning. Often,my house is a COMPLETE mess. An 8 year old, a 6 year old and a dog combined with both of us working full time makes for quite a mess some weeks. Joi is so patient with us and never takes issue with the mess...if I say something about it (for instance to apologize!) she just says "don't worry. that;s what you have me for." As a working mom, this means so much! She is also flexible about cleaning days. For instance, if one o fhte kids is sick, Joi is great about rescheduling for as soon as she can do within the week. I have her come every other week but wish I could afford every week as it is so lovely and tidy and clean when she has been here. Note: Joi usually takes August off to clean dorms at Ohio State, so you know enough in advance to figure out plan b for that month. Also she is trained as an internal decorator so if you want your place to be organized and arranged she can do that service too.
