Had my concerns and expectations, I had several other companies come and give quotes for double the price. Especially ORKIN. Orkin tried to use care tactics to sign contract without any explanation. Chris gave the quote and the crew arrived a week later as scheduled. Chris has a great work crew who were professional , caring, and did high quality work. Every step of the way, I was communicated and was filled in. I was shown before , during and after photos. And end results were UNBELIEVABLE Chris is fair and honest, he gives reasonable prices and will not take advantage of his customers."

"Four sets of custom floor-to-ceiling draw draperies came out beautiful. Includes a set of sheers. Some have light-blocking lining. Measurements were taken promptly once I selected the fabrics. Installer put in drapery rods and hung the drapes. Installer also removed and disposed of existing roller shades and draperies. There was a significant delay due to the covid supply chain. There was also a production error where a set of drapes were made the wrong length. But things came out right in the end with no hassle and I am very satisfied."

"the "contractor" this company uses is really more of a handyman. i was initially happy with the job, but after a few weeks things started falling apart. contractor did not properly prep the ceiling and within 2,3 months there were cracks, bubbling, peeling on the ceiling. did not put a schluter on flooring and cement slab is exposed. did not plaster or spackle old nail holes, just painted over them. did not prep closet shelves for painting. was forced to spend an additional $2,200 to fix these items."
