"Very good service from office staff through completion of job which included removal of existing flat roof, replacement of rotted boards, installation of new roof and replacement of gutter. Completed 5/2018"

"How do I put it into wordsâ ¦I made 1 single call and had the most professional experience! I was thrilled, the roof, price, from start to finish was excellent. The crew, workers, priceâ ¦MORE than thrilled with the experience. I couldnâ t believe how fast they installed my roof, and cleaned up the site"

"William is good with offering cost-saving options and is honest about what he and his crew can and cannot take on. He's also respectful, thorough, and patient with questions. Based on the good work he did with roof repair, we're asking him to bid on wall/floor/ceiling replacement for an enclosed back porch."

"Estimator came out with a drone to look at condition of the roof. Gave us 3 different options for roof replacement. We choose the middle price option. Big crew came out and did the work quickly and neatly. The price they quoted us was half of what other contractor wanted."

"They were prompt, professional, and courteous! They finished my main flat roof replacement and are set to return tomorrow am to complete the front porch roof. We couldn t be happier!!"

"Very pleased with the roofing and siding work performed by ROI Construction. Jose was especially helpful and very knowledgeable in all areas of home repair, including roofing, skylights, trim and siding. Brooke did a great job scheduling and managing the project. Highly recommend ROI for your roofing/remodeling needs."

"The service was thorough, I was given a free estimate and timely response concerning the contract. We all got on the roof and looked at the issues together. The challenge I had with choosing this contractor was that they do not offer financing. The quoted price was $26,000. To be clear, they we're going to allow a portion of the total amount to be paid off over time, however, The expectation was for us to come up with 10k+ upfront for materials. After receiving a second opinion, another contractor was going to be able to do the same work for less money with financing available. I don't think there was anything dishonest about their estimate. The cost they quoted me for repair was simply not in my budget based on their financing terms."

"Technician was prompt, friendly, and efficient with climbing onto roof to assess its condition. Provided a wide range of recommendations to include short-term fixes and long-term replacement. I would use this contractor again
"

"A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."

"Their consultant was on time and very knowledgeable. I ultimately decided to move forward with a new Roof and replacement windows. My Roof was done roughly 2 weeks later and my windows were just completed. I am very pleased and look forward to the energy savings this winter. The architectural shingles really look good and have gotten me a lot of compliments from my neighbors."
