"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! I was worried about nails being left on the ground but Jesus's crew assured me they will clean and do the best they can to get all of them. Our new roof looks amazing! We went with a darker color(we have red brick home with black shutters and a red front door and an paved driveway) so we felt the darker shingle would look best and once they were done it looks wonderful! We were so pleased with their work and we highly recommend Jesus and his crew! We have even reached out to Jesus to give us an estimate on replacing our gutters! I would definitely hire Jesus again!"

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "The installation went very well. The company sent a very articulate and extremely knowledgeable representative (Brian) to scope out the work prior to the scheduled installation. The flow of the conversation put me immediately at ease since the work was being done in my newly built home. Brian informed me up front that the work may result in an extra cut or two in the drywall which would result in additional cost to repair (not good news at all, but at least he told me up front!). Brian then took the time to explore various options with me (as I was looking to avoid extra cuts and extra costs) and we came up with a solution that was free of extra cuts and extra cost.
When the two technicians came out a week or so later, they were prompt, professional and took the time to ensure I understood what was to be done and how. The company was 3 for 3 in sending men who were kind enough to indulge my questions. The two gentleman were just as considerate as Brian and it was extremely cool being informed by the two installers with the same conversational flow and consideration as Brian. It seemed important to all 3 representatives that I clearly understood and was in agreement with the work to be done. So very awesome!!!
In addition to the technicians, the women in the office were kind, funny, and professional. Service matters to the folk at Walls Electrical. I would use them again in a minute!!!"

"Took out windows that were 22 years old and installed new windows. Nice windows, tilt in for cleaning, low ergon, great job. Windows were clean when they left and flowers were in good shape.Professional from beginning to end. Arrived on time and completed the job as promised. No increase in cost. Windows were great quality windows. Made sure everything was caulked and even put pieces of insulation in small openings or pockets around the windows.

"Sam Pickel and his father began their R&S roofing business more than 20 years ago. He was recommended to me by someone who'd been impressed with a precision guttering job he'd done at South Holston. I called and Sam and his wife came in the evening to inspect my damaged and leaking aluminum roof after a tree fell on the deck. They measured for materials and Sam clearly explained various quality / pricing options, and I felt good about making the necessary choices. He said candidly he doesn't negotiate price, that he and his father had always charged according to a fee schedule that was fair for a job done well. The end result was beautiful. I paid a deposit but before the work was completed I had to be away from the area. I was kept informed via email about the progress and his wife (who runs the office) sent photos. I then paid for the remainder of the cost. I was thrilled when I actually saw the new roof and guttering in person, but best of all was staying snug and dry during the heavy rains of this 2013 summer, when 95% of the annual rainfall had already fallen by July. I recommended R&S to a friend who needed a new roof, who was also pleased, and I just contracted with him to do work on my mother's house a year after my new roof. I have confidence that Sam Pickel is impeccably honest and fair, which significantly reduces the stress of paying for repairs.
