"Due to a botched roofing installation prior to purchasing our townhouse, my wife and I discovered a major roof leak just after our 1-year new home warranty expired. This left us with a 2-ft by 4-ft hole in our ceiling and a 3-ft by 8-ft section of wall compromised. We tried everything we could think of to identify and stop the leak, and we dreaded every chance of rain, spending several nights emptying buckets throughout the night. I reached out to 4 different contractors and after meeting with only 3 of them, Tim was the only one who wanted to actually find and fix the problem. Tim promptly scheduled a time (In the dead of Winter!) to spray water to find the leak, and within 10 minutes he found the leak. He thoroughly and honestly explained the best solution and cost. Tim's crew installed new flashing along the roof line, replacing only the shingles that needed to be pulled up, and replaced the awful deteriorating stucco fiber siding with vinyl siding. After this work was completed, we approached Tim again to replace the rest of the awful stucco fiber siding on the rest of the house with vinyl siding. Throughout the process, I've had the pleasure of working with all of the foreman and each one is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough, and they offer helpful suggestions on the spot. Tim and his crews are dedicated to doing things the right way and to providing high quality craftsmanship. In the end, our townhouse is now water-tight and looks fresh and new compared the other homes on our block!"
