"Hugh inspected our old metal flat roof system and acrylic skylights. He provided us with two options: one for repairs and one for complete replacement. Both estimates were for superior materials and were very reasonably priced. He was upfront that we didn't need to replace the entire roof right now, but if we didn't we'd likely have to do more work in a few years. We elected to replace the skylights and do the complete replacement, which included fixing any damaged decking, installing a new base sheet, adding a layer of insulation, and a thick rubber roof system. Since it was March, they were able to schedule the work right away. They arrived early in the morning, removed the old roof and skylights, and put on the new roof system and skylights. They were done by mid-afternoon. The crew was professional, hard-working, and efficient. Most of all, I was impressed with the high quality of their work. They even cleaned up the bits of the paper from under the old roof that inevitably found their way all over from our yard---and our neighbors. I *highly* recommend Keith Roofing! Addendum. A few months later, a contractor had to install two vents for exhaust fans through the beautiful new roof. I wasn't sure how good a job they did, so I sent some photos to Hugh and asked if we could hire him to fix it. He said the other contractor's work would eventually leak, but his guys would come out and install new rubber around the vents---at no charge. Fabulous customer service."

He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. "After years of unsuccessfully addressing water damage around windows in an upstairs room by focusing on the window frames and the brickwork around the windows, I asked W. E. Griffin Roofing (whom I had used previously for relatively minor roofing repairs) to evaluate whether the roof was a factor. Matt Hoffman determined that significant work had to be done including substantially rebuilding two dormers, removing and replacing valleys and flashing, and replacing the roof on the dormers. As in the case of previous and subsequent jobs, Griffin's work crew was very professional and conscientious at all times. They cleared all rubble and tools from the site every day, and the job was started and completed on schedule. In the 4 years since this work was done and the interior water damage repaired, there has been no further sign of water damage in that room. I completely trust the advice I have received from Matt Hoffman over the past 7 years since I first used W. E. Griffin. In addition to the work described above as well as routine preventive maintenance, I have also engaged the company to repair gutters, replace incorrectly installed snow guards, replace failed chimney flashing, fabricate and install catch boxes to prevent leaf blockage of downspouts, as well as routine preventive maintenance. I would recommend them without reservation."

"We bought our house in 2012 in Montgomery County, MD. The roof was past its design life when we bought the place, and although there were no signs of leaks, we decided to put a new roof on the house in 2016 - better to get it done before problems arise than after. Central was great. I forgot to move my car out of the driveway the morning they were scheduled to start work but they managed to make things work anyway. My handyman happened to stop by while they were working and told me it looked like they knew what they were doing, which was comforting. The real proof, though, is my roof has been on the house for 4 years, including the wettest year on record here in the DC area, with no signs of leaks anywhere in the house. This may not seem impressive - roofs aren't supposed to leak. However, both my sister and parents have had new roofs put on their houses in the intervening years - they live several States away so could not use Central Exteriors. Both had leak issues after having the new roofs put on and had to have the roofer come back out to fix things - in my sister's case it took several return visits and some major work to make things right. Central Exteriors were price competitive with other roofing companies I consulted with, and gave me a 50 year warranty on the shingles and workmanship, which nobody else offered. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Very pleased."
