"Central Roofing is an outstanding company. We had a very positive experience with it from the time we first contacted the company through completion of our job (we are return customers). In early March, a wind storm damaged the siding on our home, peeling off several panels and twisting others. My husband left a message with Central Roofing late on a Saturday after the storm and we received a call back from the owner on Sunday morning. The owner had a salesman contact us later that Sunday and he scheduled an appointment to come out to our home and assess the situation. The salesman was very helpful in working with us to get needed information to our insurance company and was willing to talk with our adjuster. We believe these actions demonstrate Central Roofing's commitment to excellent customer service. We were also extremely pleased with the final results. Central Roofing did a wonderful job removing the old aluminum siding from our house and then re-siding our entire house with new vinyl siding. Central Roofing also wrapped all of our wood trim around the top of our house so that we no longer have to have it painted every couple of years. We also had Central Roofing replace two kitchen windows. The workers were prompt, professional, and very courteous. They also worked long days and weekends to ensure the project was completed within the promised timeframe. When we started having some "nail pops" on the interior of our home from the work being done outside, my husband discussed it with the foreman and the workers modified the way they were installing the new siding to minimize the amount of "nail pops" on the inside of our home. After the work was completed, the salesman came back out to our home to look over the work and ensure we were happy with the final results. Overall, we had no complaints and will continue to use Central Roofing for any future roofing, siding, & window needs. In the past, we had Central Roofing replace a roof, install new gutters, and replace many windows. They are one of the best companies we have ever worked with and we highly recommend them."

"From project beginning to end, Keith and Company demonstrated an exceptionally high level of professionalism. For example, Mr. Keith spent a considerable amount of time taking "before" and "after" photos of the roof. He then used these photos to discuss and patiently explain his estimate, the scope of work required, the materials recommended, and finally, the end result. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process! In accordance with the contract, Keith and Company prepped all areas where indicated on both my front porch and the main flat roof. The workmen then installed new modified Bitumen rubber across the entire flashing of the front porch where it joins the front wall of my home. They also installed new rubber on the vents, on the main roof vent flashings, and around the entire skylight and other areas where needed. "This is our second great experience with Exterior Medics. We had them do a major wood siding replacement project a couple years ago so when we needed roof repairs done, we knew they were a good company to work with. We were wondering whether there would be issues with getting work done during the Coronavirus shutdown or how they would handle it. The sale consultant set the tone early - no contact during the inspection process, Zoom to walk through the assessment and proposal, and no impact on the scheduling overall. They were trustworthy in providing assessments and estimates for different levels of work - a set of repairs absolutely needed to fix a leak, a set of repairs for other apparent damage, and a set of repairs to prevent future issues. We ended up doing a full roof replacement, a chimney repair, and gutter replacement. I am not going to say it was cheap - but it was a good value considering the scale of the job. We needed a custom skylight, which did lead to some delays, but Exterior Medics kept in touch regarding timeframes and were super helpful (and apologetic, although it was out of their control). Once the skylight was in, the scheduling was very fast. The job would take 3 days - one for delivery and the masonry work, one for the roof replacement, and one for the gutters. Even as bad weather threatened, they didn't panic and as the forecast turned out better than expected, they held to the schedule. The team worked VERY hard while onsite - not only did they work fast, but they were consistently cleaning up debris during the whole job. They also did multiple sweeps with magnets to get any screws and roofing nails. The job was completed exactly when expected despite some other repairs being required during the job. Overall very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work - it was exactly what we expected from past work they have done for us. We definitely intend to use them on future projects."

He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. "After years of unsuccessfully addressing water damage around windows in an upstairs room by focusing on the window frames and the brickwork around the windows, I asked W. E. Griffin Roofing (whom I had used previously for relatively minor roofing repairs) to evaluate whether the roof was a factor. Matt Hoffman determined that significant work had to be done including substantially rebuilding two dormers, removing and replacing valleys and flashing, and replacing the roof on the dormers. As in the case of previous and subsequent jobs, Griffin's work crew was very professional and conscientious at all times. They cleared all rubble and tools from the site every day, and the job was started and completed on schedule. In the 4 years since this work was done and the interior water damage repaired, there has been no further sign of water damage in that room. I completely trust the advice I have received from Matt Hoffman over the past 7 years since I first used W. E. Griffin. In addition to the work described above as well as routine preventive maintenance, I have also engaged the company to repair gutters, replace incorrectly installed snow guards, replace failed chimney flashing, fabricate and install catch boxes to prevent leaf blockage of downspouts, as well as routine preventive maintenance. I would recommend them without reservation."
