"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "Jesus was great to work with. Jesus came out on a Saturday in the rain on time and gave me a estimate. Jesus showed me samples and recommendations and also helped pick out the color and style. Jesus ordered the shingles and a week later Jesus and his crew replaced the gutters,siding and replaced the roof. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor and I will be using Jesus in the future."

"Took out windows that were 22 years old and installed new windows. Nice windows, tilt in for cleaning, low ergon, great job. Windows were clean when they left and flowers were in good shape.Professional from beginning to end. Arrived on time and completed the job as promised. No increase in cost. "Owner/operator John Rife is a top notch contractor who employs first rate employees to get the job done. In my basement, I had a concrete slab floor and two old, drafty windows that needed replacement. I wanted him to put down a nice Cali Bamboo floor and add new Anderson windows. When he came to give his initial estimate, we talked at length about what the job entailed. He answered my questions, however ridiculous, with a direct honesty that was refreshing. John gave me the price estimate that was fair: not as high as other contractors with whom I spoke but not as low as others either. What made him our pick was that I felt that based on our conversations, I could trust him to do the job on time and on budget. I am happy to say that not only was the job done on time, the price did not go up along the way. How often does that happen? In two days, John's employees, Chris and Edward, worked diligently to get the job done. They must have done more than a few jobs together because, except for the occasional work related banter, they hardly spoke. They would arrive at 8am and leave by 4pm and work for the entire time. If not for the intermittent sound of a power saw, I would scarcely have known they were down there at all. "Excellent!! A couple months after moving into our house, we discovered that we had a leaky roof. After calling several roofers with no response, my husband called King's Child Construction. Casey the owner answered - said he'd come out later in the day. As good as his word, he came over that night, made a recommendation on a solution, and gave us an estimate. He was back the next morning and within a couple hours or so he had our roof fixed - total was pretty much in line with his estimate. Casey is a general handyman, and we've been so impressed with his work and his attitude that we've already talked to him about doing some landscaping and repair the water damage in a month or so. And next year, we'll have him rejuvenate our wood deck. He is a really hard-working young man, and it is obvious that he takes great pride in his work. We would highly recommend him"

"We interviewed six vendors to receive estimates and explore various products and installation options.  The price estimates of our top three were fairly close.  We chose American Siding in-part because it is a local small business, but also because of the product line and workmanship techniques described  The project was delayed about a month from the target start date due to prior job sire requesting additional work not included in their original contract.  Our project included high end vinyl siding with foam backing and we had over 30 windows on the house and shed.  Paul worked with us to use lower grade siding and windows on the shed to help keep costs down.  His crew of Jonathan and Dave were professional and friendly, very hard workers.  We had frequent discussions to be kept up to speed on the work being and the progress of the job.  A separate crew did the roof which took only two days, although the second day ended at about 8:30.  The overall job took about five weeks.  A great deal of attention to detail was paid to the installation process.  The siding was applied on top of the existing siding.  A lot of time was spent on building out the windows so they would not be recessed.  Many other details that are not seen were attended to that I believe some other companies would skip.  Our original contract was for 40K but we had an additional $700 overrun.  This was for the replacement of a large amount of rotten wood beyond the amount agreed to upfront.  We have had several compliments from our neighbors and are delighted with the appearance.  We have several improvements immediately.  The house is quieter, the temperature throughout the house is much more even and the ac runs less often.  Even when you go from downstairs to upstairs the temperature is constant and it no longer feels as stuffy upstairs.  This is in part due to the venting in the roof.  All in all we highly recommend considering American Siding Inc."
