"No. I was told that the shower paneling would be a certain height and it was not. There is a big 12 inch gap between the paneling and the ceiling. I called the sales representative to discuss. We talked and she said she would get back to me the resolution, she never did. I paid for the old install fully $15k. I later got a call from the production manager demanding a new check for $10,000. They told me that the check I gave them was lost. I checked my bank statement and they had already cashed the check. I would never recommend this company."

We had appliance issues with our dishwasher and were using it as a drying rack for over a year rather than using it to its full potential. We were finally fed up and figured we would call in the big guns. Nick took less than 5 minutes to find the issue and immediately ordered all parts needed to fix the dishwasher. Nick had our dishwasher up in running in 15 minutes once the parts arrived! Our fridge is currently on the way out, and instead of purchasing a new one, we hired Nick again to diagnose!
