They kept us well informed during the whole process, which included prompt rescheduling due to a winter storm. We are apprentice of the professional, hard working and tidy crew. While I understand they were swamped with demand due to a snowstorm, I was led to believe they would be more responsive - and the responsibility lands with them to set expectations with me on turnaround time. "they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

My husband and I met with Dan who listened to every detail about our project replacing our very old roof and gutters Within a few hours that same day Dan sent us a very reasonable quote to do both roof and gutters. Within 1 week the roofers were here and the roof was done in 1 day Day 2 our gutters were done The clean up was fantastic! They left the site cleaner than before they were here!! The crews were professional, polite and very kind . We did meet with another Roofing Company prior who gave us a long sales presentation and quoted us 3 times the cost to do the same job but I won’t go there because I want this review to shine for a Evans Roifing! "Ronaldo and his team did a fine job. Originally we brought him to estimate the cost of re-caulking a leaking skylight. Ronaldo climbed up to the roof and clearly showed that the shingles in that part of the roof needed replacing (they were over thirty years old). Ronaldo matched the new shingles to the rest of the roof (which was re-shingled twelve years ago), and his subcontractor came soon after to patch and paint the interior leak damage. The heavy rains we've had since showed that the roof no longer leaked."
