He told me that he could complete the job almost immediately but one of the parts needed for the job got lost in transit which resulted in about a ten day delay. He also agreed to replace the Flush rod and handle on our toilet, and carry a large broken microwave oven to the curb for trash pickup. He showed up promptly, and professionally and knowledgeably and cleanly did all the work as we asked him to. It was the best experience with a handyman I've ever had. My wife and I had him look at another plumbing project and can't wait to have him do that. We're glad he is younger than us so we can say we've found our handyman for life."

One was tied up until the third week of September, so we agreed on the third week. I started calling him the second week of September to confirm. Randy more than met being punctual and professional, he was thorough, helpful, and comfortable with himself, which made me feel right at home around him.
