"Scott from Landmark Inspections performed a home inspection of the home my husband and I are purchasing. We are first time home buyers and this is our first home inspection. We were very impressed with Scott from beginning to end. Before the inspection, he was responsive and communcative, answering every one of our phone calls and emails. The inspection was thorough and Scott and his trainee inspector (also Scott) took the time to answer our questions and explain everything they were doing/finding. The inspection did not feel rushed or like Scott was trying to get through it to move on to the next. The report he sent us (48 hours after the inspection, great turn around time) was very throrough, contained useful information about our future home, and clearly laid out a heirarchy for recommended repairs. We also got a termite inspection, sewer scope inspection (which was also performed incredibly professionally by Melvin from Knox & Knox Solutions), and raydon test. In total, we paid a lot of money for these services, but it was money very well spent.
