"Ray showed up on time (early actually - before us!) and did a thorough visual inspection of the outside of the house and roof. He did not climb on the roof, but used binoculars to view any damage. He went inside the house and started with the attic and worked his way down. I was shocked that he was able to get through the outside, to the attic, second floor and first floor in an hour! He pointed out that usually he finds more and so it doesn't go that fast (good for us!). The finished basement and utilities in the basement were where we had expressed the most concern, so he spent a great deal of time down there. He showed us things along the way and provided maintenance tips that would help us out 10-15 years down the road. After he was done, he sat down with us and went through the whole report (which we were given a copy of). He provided a lot more tips for us and told us some things we had no idea of (like maintaining granite and the stamped concrete paver).
