"Eddie the representative for E&M is attentive to details taking before showing close up pictures of issues that indicated areas needing attention and potential to raise the cost of repair if certain situations exist once the old shingles were removed Mr Eddie went on the roof with his crew to make sure they were OK with the HEAT and make sure they were drinking water and took breaks often because of the excessive heat. They normally would do this job in one day but due to their heat more breaks were required. Day One - Dumpster Arrived and Material arrived Eddie personally checked inventory to make verify it was complete. Day Two- due to extreme heat he advised me he could not get a full crew due the heat slowing the team down. I agreed Day Three - Crew here at 6:30 AM ripping the shingles off. Lost one man about two hours into it and another at 1 or 2 pm in the afternoon due to Heat. When I came home at 6 PM they were were starting to wind down removing covers that was protecting the ground from nails and debris that may fall off the roof. Day Four - at 6:30 AM they were back on the job and by12:45 PM I was walking around with Eddie to check it out. All was well except he noticed the cap had a hole big enough to let a rodent through. Happy customer. Workerâ s started at 6:30 AM the crew was ripping the shingles off"

"Mr. Lewis was easy to work with. A 7 to 10 day project took much longer because the crew did not show up when they could have worked. I had to call to get any action. Not sure of quality of paint (stain) but metal roofing paint only has a 3 year warranty. The same amount of energy is expelled placing a 10 or 15 year coating. I never haggled Mr. Lewis about his price. I certainly should have gotten a better quality paint. Also, roof was first to be checked for loose nails/screws. I saw 1 worker check and re-nail only one small area of the roof. Anything that was loose was to be removed and replaced with a fresh screw- one linger and with a larger diameter. I never saw that done."
