I dealt with Wilson of Mass & Mass who was very courteous and accommodating for what I needed done on the roof of a commercial building. He accomplished the job in a timely manner. As far as the work quality, the Seattle rainy season will be the test. Wilson agreed to go back and checd the roof on a dry day after many days of rain. Sharon N.

They did the repairs as they said they would. If they hadn't come when they did our ceiling and roof could very likely have been on top of us as we watched TV. When they found the caved in part of the roof they came to tell us about it along with pictures they had just taken of the damages. I was very impressed by this method because I physically couldn't climb the ladder. They were prompt, polite and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves each and every day after they completed their work. I would highly recommend Pyroshield of Washington with no reservations whatsoever.

Comment: We purchased a home, built in 1921. There is one peak and two sides, North and South facing. The roof has been replaced in the past but we don't know the exact age of it. It is not leaking, although there is a fair amount of moss on the North side of the roof. There have been some overhanging trees which have left some debris on the South side also. We need to determine if the roof simply needs a good clean or if it has sustained damage that needs repair. There are also some very very old rotted out wooden gutters which are not effective and so we need to put in new gutters before the Fall. We need to know if the rotted gutters have damaged the wood structure of the roof and what needs repair.
