He was clearly knowledgeable and knew his stuff about asphalt roofing. While the rep was friendly, he didn't seem to have as much in-depth knowledge or experience with installing metal roofing. We were confused about why a rep with more metal roofing knowledge was not sent out as we had no interest in the asphalt shingles. Therefore, we ultimately did not feel comfortable selecting RainDrop to install a new metal roof."

In one day a large crew showed up, removed all of the old shingles, checked for plywood damage, and installed a nice new shiny roof. Plus they cleaned up our property and gutters of debris. Very professional and great communication. Amazingly enough they had the lowest bid too. Talk about taking the stress out of a large project.
