After having another company handle mitigation, I contacted Carlos about painting partial walls and using some of my existing flooring that I've had since the initial job 7 years ago, as well as some new carpet and vinyl planks. I knew before contacting him that it is much harder to match existing paint and flooring than doing it all new. I'm beyond happy with all the work and results performed by Carlos and crew. He had a highly skilled crew for each of the 3 different jobs (paint, vinyl, carpet). The color matching exceeded my expectations. I can't see any paint difference in any of the rooms even though they did not paint full walls. I did need new carpet for a walk-in closet, and the match is so close to the existing that it certainly doesn't bother me at all. Ciro came by and provided a prompt and thorough quote.  We scheduled the repair within the next week.

Roberto showed up early!  He took care to cover the floors leading into the bathrooms, covered the fixtures and set about changing round holes to rectangular openings which fit the new fan fixtures.  After the drywall installation, he primed the new patch so I will be able to paint to match the rest of the room.

The work was well done and completed within a very short period of time.

We've asked for copies of our original bill (which we haven't been able to find) because we want to identify the adhesive they used originally to ensure it's not used again and find out if there is any warranty with the adhesive. They sent someone out for an inspection who thought it was water damage and told us that it really hinges on the adhesive used previously."
