"Hellen and the team were top notch. We had a strict timeline for our project and they were able to install and refinish our entire main floor in less than a week. The quality and craftsmanship was excellent. Hellen was the main point of contact and was available for questions at all times, which was important to me. The communication between myself and the installation team (Gervasio, owner) and sanding team (Antonio) was great-they were available by text and called me/sent pictures with updates when I was not at home. They moved our heavy pieces of furniture with care, which was also important to me and a reason I chose to go with GHI. I also ultimately chose GHI over 3 other companies because they had ONLY 5 star reviews. They get another 5 star review from me and we will definitely have them come back to complete our flooring project in our basement next year."
