"Our technician Tim was fantastic. My wife needed to meet G Force at her mom's house to supervise repairs, and they did a great job keeping her informed of their ETA so she had plenty of time to travel to meet them. Once at the house, Tim discovered an issue with the concrete slab where the original toilet sat, which prevented a safe and secure install of the new toilet. He and his supervisor worked with us to recommend a repair and schedule a return visit that worked with my wife's schedule. On the second visit, Tim repaired the concrete, installed the new toilet and adjusted the height of the cutoff valve. Plus, he took a few extra minutes to walk the house (inside and out) with my mother-in-law to check the plumbing to ensure everything was in working order and confirm she knew what to do in the event of a water leak. He even took the time to label the majority of the valves in the house to make things easier for her. In looking for a plumber, we certainly found cheaper options, but without a doubt, we will phone G Force again (and request Tim as our technician)."

"Terrific vendor team. We called owner, Brandon and within one hour Brian showed up and began diagnosing problem. When break was determined he summoned team of five more with a small back hoe and began work. They had to remove five large hedge plants, dig up old pipe, replace it with new, bury the new pipe, replace dirt excavated and replant plants. Then they cleaned up yard and left. "I noticed a Big Deal posting for American Freedom for 2 hours of labor at $99.  I also noticed that all of the previous reviews for American Freedom were very good.  While looking at the Big Deal I noticed there was another one for water heater replacement.  I called James to get more info about the water heaters they use and to see if I wanted to buy the deal for replacement or buy my own from Lowes or Home Depot and use the 2 hour labor deal to have one of his plumbers handle the install.
I called James on a Saturday.  He answered the questions I had and even though one of the deals was about to expire, he said I could still use it.   He called me back on Monday as agreed and I scheduled an appointment for the following day.  Rob arrived at the scheduled time on Tuesday to handle the repairs.  He checked out the water heater and then I showed him the other jobs I was interested in getting resolved while he was there - both showers had leaky faucets and one toilet wouldn't shut off when filling.  After he wrote up the quote, I agreed to do the following:  big deal for the water heater replacement, big deal for 2 hours of labor at $99, and the toilet repair (could've done this one but decided to have Rob go ahead and take care of it while he was here and have all current issues resolved). 
Rob did a great job on the work which also involved adding a thermal expansion tank to bring the water heater to code.  One of the faucet repairs didn't cooperate which caused Rob to stay over longer than expected.  He had to do some extra work and also had to go through sheetrock from the closet to get to the fixture to complete the repair.  Rob did not charge extra for this added work and the sheetrock cuts were neat so that the original pieces can be reused to repair the wall.  Also, part of the cast iron drain pipe had to be replaced with pvc to resolve another leak at the tub.
I am pleased with the work that Rob did and am glad I had him do the faucet repair instead of trying it myself - especially after the work he put into it to properly fix it (sounds like it should have been a simple repair but it wasn't).   The next time I need plumbing service I plan to call James at American Freedom first and I will ask if Rob is available to come out.  My main concern when I knew I needed a new water heater was who to call?  With the big deal offer and the good recommendations on Angie's List for American Freedom from previous customers my decision was made easier.
