"I had my kitchen, remodeled everything went perfect until the countertop installation. They did not cut it long enough to reach the end of the run a.k.a. a gap between the the edge of the countertop. And I have been getting the runaround on taking care of this for the last three weeks. The installers were great, but the fabrication was not correct. For somebody who's been in business for 75 years and uses a laser level I really don't understand how it could've been short a half an inch. Beyond that the headache to get this corrected is absolutely unacceptable."

Veteran owned business with 28 years of experience performing a variety of repairs with an emphasis on quality. We can assist with surface restoration and repair of most surfaces (furniture, counter tops, cracked or spongy bathtubs, just about anything) mitigating the need for replacement. Bottom line, we can repair or replace just about anything and are ready to help!
"This was one of the worst experiences we have had. We contracted (verbally) with him in May after we received a quote for our projects of $650. He /his assistant did a few projects. He suggested that they come and complete other projects as they had time. We requested they wait until a later date, which was agreeable to them. Once we contacted them again, there was a complete lack of communication and focus on our project. I have text messages that show that he was unresponsive to our communications time and time again. Once he did contact us, he had a huge list of life issues, which were not acceptable as they were his problem not ours (as he agreed). He then set up a final time which he guaranteed but then consequently canceled due to another personal need. I asked for a final itemized bill. When I received it, it was almost the amount he initially quoted. However, the major projects that were quoted were never done. He refused to accommodate this in our bill."

Didn’t purchase supplies he quoted and I paid for. Rarely showed up when he said he would. Tons of excuses. Asked for gas money to come work on my job Then wanted more money before job was completed. The work done was not as agreed or quoted. Finally ended up firing him. Have to hire someone else to finish work"
