They took down walls and reinforced floor joists and installed header beams. All throughout he was professional and so easy to work with. He has a fully comprehensive showroom- one stop shopping! He even does his own stone counter tops, so no waiting long stretches for another contractor. A big renovation requires putting a lot of trust in your contractor. To have someone who does what he says he'll do, sticks to his prices, and you can trust in your home while you're not there went a long way for us. And his commitment doesn't end when the project is over- he is always there to answer questions and stands by his works and follows up if any issues arise. "Changed our 1960 kitchen and made it look like a kitchen built in 2020. It really exceeded our expectations. We refaced our kitchen in order to sell our house next year. We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger. That is okay with us. If you are okay with your kitchen's layout and the cabinet frames are okay, then this is the way to go."

"From start to finish, Dave, Eli, Susan, and Mike were nothing but helpful and professional. Our new kitchen cabinets are truly high quality and gorgeous! They are furniture quality built to our exact specifications. After our initial meeting, Eli came to our house with samples of door designs and wood colors. While we decided what we wanted, he took extensive measurements of our kitchen to ensure that all of our new cabinets would fit exactly. He had suggestions as to how we could improve the layout and functionality of our kitchen. We received drawings to approve and were able to make changes to details like moving the location of the trash, the width of the spice pullout, and where the knife block would be located. "I could not be HAPPIER with my new kitchen from Kitchen's by Dial. Everything Tony said they would do was completed. With Kitchen's by Dial, you don't get a sales pitch, you get a beautiful kitchen. The attention to the details was outstanding. Drop clothes were used on the steps and other areas of the house to protect the carpeting. The cabinets were refaced to perfection. The new cabinet built specifically for an odd space in the kitchen, is not only beautiful, but now I have so much more storage space . A pantry door was created to replace an old unattractive bi-fold door, now I have doors which match my cabinets, bigger shelves, I also a new slide out bottom shelf. My trash can was always in my way, now the waste can is housed under my sink and slides in and out with ease, no more running into the trash can. The craftsmen were courteous, paid attention to detail and extremely neat. Everyday before leaving, they would clean up the area and made sure there wasn't excess dirt or materials in the way.
