He always replied to my emails and phone calls always very promptly. I purchased the storm door myself, but one of the parts in the package did not fit that specific door model. Chris contacted the manufacturer himself to arrange for the new part to be shipped immediately. Then he came back to my place on two different days to finish the installation without charging any extra fee. I would recommend Chris very highly for his professionalism.
